I’m a proud graduate of the University of Ottawa’s Human Kinetics program, and I’ve had the privilege of working within Canada’s largest health club, GoodLife Fitness, before starting my own entrepreneurial journey with Ventura Fitness.
As a Registered Kinesiologist, Personal Trainer, and Wellness Coach, I bring a balanced approach to health – merging clinical knowledge with real-world experience. My mission is simple: to empower you to celebrate your body, align with your values, and create a life that supports your physical and emotional well-being.
My Story began in a Canadian-Italian household where family, sports, and movement played a central role in my life. Whether it was playing soccer, dancing, or getting creative with art and food, I learned early on how movement connects us to our body and spirit.
Over time, like many, I encountered life’s challenges – experiences that left me feeling disconnected from my body and questioning the balance between physical health and overall well-being. It was through the many challenges and obstacles that I was drawn to a deeper understanding of the body and how it can guide us toward healing and growth.
This journey of discovery helped me reconnect with my body, restore my sense of trust in myself, and ultimately led me to a lifelong passion for wellness. With years of study and practical experience, I’ve refined my approach to fitness and coaching, always focused on supporting others in their own path to breaking through the barriers into newfound health, happiness, strength, and joy.
Today, as a coach and health advocate, I stay engaged with higher education within exercise science, collaborate with different allies and companies to grow within the field.
