Join our 8-week program designed specifically for women to develop strong, healthy glutes and improve pelvic alignment. These sessions focus on mobility strategies and strengthening techniques to support your hips, lower back, and knees for optimal movement and posture.

Program Details

When: Thurdays at 6:00 PM (50-minute sessions)

Where: Live online classes via Zoom

Equipment: Training mat, wall surface, resistance band, and yoga block are recommended.

Modifications available for participants without equipment.

Investment

$20 + HST per class, or pay upfront ($120 + HST) for the 6-week program.
Sliding scale and payment plans available.
