When: Mondays at 2:00 PM (50-minute sessions)

Where: In-studio at LBR Training Inc., 66 Main St, Ottawa

Equipment: All provided

Bring indoor shoes, a water bottle, and fill out the studio waiver.

$75 + HST per session, or save with membership plans!
