At Ventura Fitness, I offer a range of programs, including one-on-one personal training, small group sessions, and online coaching. Whether you prefer in-person training or virtual sessions, I tailor each program to meet your unique fitness goals.

My online training programs provide the same personalized attention as in-person sessions. We’ll meet virtually for workouts, goal setting, and progress check-ins. You’ll also receive a customized workout plan and support via email or chat to keep you motivated between sessions.

In your first session, we’ll go over your fitness goals, past experiences, and any health considerations. I’ll assess your current fitness level and introduce exercises tailored to your abilities, creating a roadmap for your personalized fitness journey.

For online training, basic equipment like dumbbells, resistance bands, and a mat is helpful but not essential. I can design a workout plan using bodyweight exercises or equipment you already have. We’ll discuss your setup in our initial consultation.

As a certified kinesiologist, I have specialized knowledge in body mechanics, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. My programs emphasize safe, effective exercises tailored to your body’s needs, helping you improve fitness while minimizing the risk of injury.
